A intrat în vigoare noul mers al trenurilor. Aflați noul orar al trenurilor în Gara Petroșani.

Începând cu data de 10 decembrie 2023 a intrat în vigoare noul Mers al Trenurilor de călători din România, pentru anul feroviar 2023-2024.

Prin stația CFR Petroșani circulă zilnic 26 de garnituri feroviare, din care unele doar sezonier. Dintre trenurile care opresc în gara din Petroșani, 8 sunt de tip Inter Regio (tren accelerat) iar alte 22 sunt garnituri Regio (tren personal).
